H.G. Martin was born in 1960 in Sacramento, California.
He’s a life-long lover of fantastic fiction. His influences are varied and
include George MacDonald Fraser and Roger Zelazny.
In addition to being a published freelance writer, Martin
has held a day job as a software test engineer for the past eighteen years. In
that time he’s worked on satellite control systems, Tomahawk cruise missile
systems, wireless communication systems, and Iridium.
He lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife, son, daughter,
and two old dogs.
